The designs then move to our skilled operation team who handle state of the art machinery to produce the screws as per the exact specifications. The screws are then case hardened in our heat treatment plant and electroplated with our Mikrocoat or Zinc coating. The final touch is the addition of our high quality EPDM washers to finish the process.
